INCUBATOR is a project I developed for Codarts, University of the Arts Rotterdam.

In this free space students and teachers were challenged to explore fresh ideas. During Incubator students from various Codarts departments (dance, music & circus) co-created in interdisciplinary works. 

 

50 groups of students worked on 50 site specific locations: churches, gardens, factories, offices, galleries, living rooms, elderly homes and swimming-pools.

 

The goal was to let new ideas clash and overlap evolving in new works and practices. New values, aesthetics and friendships were established as the project unfolded resulting in an exciting performances and experiments.
